Lemsip day

How come when I second guess my body suffering from a Cold and feed it full of hot drinks and tablets, etc....does it still inevitably happen. Here I am surrounded by tissues and empty cups at work and there's nothing I can do about it. Typical it is the day of our work nite out and I will end up completely wrecked tomorrow due to a free bar and the cold beginning to take over. GITS!
